The property is located on the northeast coast of Sardinia, 20 km south of Olbia and the Costa Smeralda airfield in the municipality of Loiri Porto San Paolo. Lu Canali is reached via a roughly 3.5 km long gravel road that leads up the hill from state road 125. The last section is in concrete. Lu Canali was originally a village with about ten houses, only stazzi, which were used as houses for local farmers.
